Back again this year is We Food, the event that on the weekend of October 31 and November 1 will promote the gastronomic excellence of the Venetian regions, which will allow a wide audience to visit 30 Taste Factories in Veneto,Trentino, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Emilia-Romagna among tastings, showcooking with the best chefs of the Venezia a Tavola guide, workshops and more.
In Parma, the Cacciali family’s charcuterie and cheese factory in Zibello, Crocetta locality, will open its doors. Visitors will be guided through the dedicated charcuterie plant and inside the dairy where they will be able to observe the special stages of product production, with special stop at the curing warehouse.
Admission is free to the public, but reservations must first be made at www.wefood-festival.it, at each company that can be visited, in order to participate.
